About Me

I have trained with Body Control Pilates for the last two years, gaining valuable experience through many hours of supervised teaching. Pilates has helped me improve my strength, stamina and flexibility and has enabled me to deal with the ever-increasing pace of life. As a member of the Body Control Association, I am bound by a code of practice and will continue to develop my knowledge. I am registered with The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) and hold a current First Aid Certificate.
